A cultural mindset is a way of thinking beyond simple competencies and skills.
People with a cultural mindset are aware of their own cultural backgrounds and the fact that culture provides a meta-context, a way of thinking and a frame of mind or reference that shapes their thinking, feelings, actions and interactions with others. They consider culture as a factor when assessing other people and situations, and when making decisions and acting on them. They are effective across cultures because they know how to shift their frame of reference from one situation to another and have the cultural knowledge to act accordingly.
What we Do
Through our assessment and training, we improve people's ability to interact across cultures effectively. We custom design workshops for your needs based on our research and assessment tool.
The CM researchers believe that culture plays an essential role in how people think, feel, act and interact with others. Our broad research and experience in many different sectors and organizations indicates that people who are aware of culture's impact and who know how to navigate across cultures are more successful and effective in today's global and culturally diverse environment.
